Warming plates
VULCANO: Warming plates available in different dimensions made of AISI 304 stainless steel structure. Dry-heating with mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light. VULCANO G: Black tempered glass shelf with mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light.
VULCANO INFRA: Warming plates in different dimensions made of AISI 304 stainless steel structure with infrared lamps stand. Dry- heating with mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light. Infrared lamps with indipendent lighting switch. INFRA SO: Hanging infrared structure to be fixed to the ceiling, for a perfect food heating without any encumbrance on the working area.
